PRIVATE DINING​

I believe the most memorable experiences come from meeting people and genuine passions. This vision inspires my collaboration with Franz, a chef with a distinctive culinary identity, with whom I create bespoke gastronomic experiences designed to celebrate the pleasure of sharing good food.

 

My role is to understand each guest’s wishes, coordinate every detail and turn an idea into a and memorable experience. Franz brings the culinary expertise, creating authentic Italian dishes rooted in tradition, with a particular affinity for the flavours and character of Tuscan cuisine.

We owned the restaurant Osteria Manzoni, a well-known local restaurant, Michelin recognized.

Franz approaches cooking with a deep respect for ingredients, seasonality and creativity. Vegetables play a particularly important role in his philosophy, with every edible part carefully considered and transformed into something delicious. It is a thoughtful approach that celebrates flavour while minimising food waste.

 

Together, we offer private chef and in-villa dining services across Lake Como, Brianza and Milan, creating bespoke menus for intimate dinners, villa lunches, special celebrations and relaxed gatherings with family and friends. Our collaboration also extends to private tastings of Italian cured meats, cheeses and wines, carefully selected to showcase the diversity of Italy’s culinary heritage and regional traditions.

Every experience is tailored to the guest, combining thoughtful planning, exceptional food and warm hospitality. The result is more than a private dining service: it is a personal and authentic way to enjoy Italian cuisine in the comfort and privacy of your own villa.

IN-VILLA DINING​

From stocking your villa before arrival to creating a private dining experience, we take care of the details that make every moment special and effortless.

• Welcome grocery shopping: we arrange an initial grocery shop before or around your arrival, with a personalised selection of breakfast essentials, fresh ingredients, local specialities, drinks and everything you need to feel at home from the very first moment.

• Italian food and wine tastings: discover the flavours of Italy through carefully selected cheeses, cured meats and wines, with each tasting offering a glimpse into the traditions and culinary heritage of different regions.

• Italian-style aperitivo: enjoy a relaxed and convivial aperitivo featuring quality ingredients, traditional Italian delicacies and thoughtfully selected pairings, perfect for sharing with family and friends.

• Risotto experience: welcome your guests and clients with a freshly prepared risotto and learn yourself how to do it :)

• Bespoke private dinners: we create personalised menus for anniversaries, birthdays, special celebrations and intimate gatherings, for groups of approximately 2 to 20 guests.

 

We deliberately focus on small groups, as we believe this allows us to create a more personal and distinctive experience. All our dishes are prepared and cooked fresh to order, with every menu tailored to the guests, the occasion and the season.
