Caroline and Ed was so trilled to come for some days on Lake Como and wanted to create a garden style party for their 25 guests. To me garden means first of all green and this meant aromatics and lemon as main decors: we used parsley, basil, mint, rosemary, thyme and chili peppers plants in pottery. We also used lemons and rattan plates to give a touch of summer and elegance. menu was green too and very italian: we started with a small welcome buffet that we called "merenda all'italiana": fresh fruit, summer watermelon, pinzimonio, italian traditional bruschetta, piadina prepared lively with Raw Ham and Squaquerone creamy cheese and rocket salad. We continued with a buffet dinner and a main course: italian Paccheri of course! For the cake a Millefeuille with chantilly cream and chocolate flakes and...cannoli for everyone!
